    Question Pastel Window View Issue

    Hi all,

I was hoping I could get some assistance with a strange Pastel Xpress issue...

The Process Customer window view doesn't display the the document headings correctly any longer. - The area is grayed out as below:

This seems to be specific to one machine, and the view displays ok when the same user logs onto Pastel from another machine.

I have tried a repair on Pastel on the machine in question with no luck.

I'm pretty stumped on this one...

If anyone can offer any assistance it would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks!

Click on the Batch button at the bottom of the screen and select Restore Columns.

Seem to be getting a "run-time error '9' subscription out of range" on other document types i.e. Sales Orders, Credit Notes and Quotations.
Pastel then closes once OK is clicked.

    Any ideas perhaps?

    Thanks a lot

At what point do you get that error message for those other document types?

Are you referring to the drop down menu at the top left of the document window, or the drop down menu after clicking on the Customer Documents icon (the orange icon)?

Do you have any custom designed form files?

OK, first see if it makes any difference if you select the document for the Customer Documents icon rather than from the Document Type field.

If you still get the error on those documents, then there may be some corruption in your custom form files. Rename them from *.enz to *.old and see if that helps.
