    Hi Man247

There is no longer a manual process available where you would use a manual CoR39. You now need to do it online and then submit the following:
    - A normal resignation letter from the resigning director.
    - A board / member minute authorising the acceptance, and notice of the meeting if applicable
    - A letter or minute mandating the submitter
    - Certified copies of IDs of all directors and the submitter (certification not older than 3 months)
    - The CoR39, sent by by CIPC after the change data was submitted, must be signed by a director

The docs are then emailed to CIPC or uploaded via the tracking number, if preferred.
