Hi Yvet - what email program are you using? Is this a first time problem or is it a problem that has developed recently?

    Hi Yvet
Please provide the full error and at what point do you get it. Pick 1 customer, confirm they have a valid email address and they are marked to email/print and email statements on their customer master file. Run the 1 statement to email. If it works, then it is not a system problem - you probably have invalid email addresses. If it doesn't we can troubleshoot from there. What version of out look are you running, and is it 32 bit or 64 bit?

    Hi Mike,
I`m still using Windows 7 & Outlook 365 which was running perfectly.
It happened exactly a month ago, all my pdf`s were too large. I uninstalled & reinstalled and it worked again, untill now.
Pastel is working fine, i just cannot email the statements.
Thank you so much for trying to help me.

Hi Yvette - brought this across from the other thread so that there is no overlap.

    1. Have you checked to see that your email program is still listed as your default in your "control panel / default programs" and that your printer settings and fonts are correct?

    2. I came across this interesting issue in another forum:

Regarding the problem I have been experiencing with Pastel and not being able to print and email invoices from within Pastel,
I am very happy to advise that it has been resolved by our IT guy together with Pastel Support.
Opening a different user profile - I was able to generate, print and email an invoice without any hassles which proved that the
problem was not on my machine or within Pastel itself.
Apparently the problem was my user profile (in this case the Supervisor) which had somehow become corrupted.
We had to create a new Supervisor User and delete the old one.
So that might be worth checking out as well.
