After a power outage a user lost some receipt batches in Pastel V18.
He can no longer access the batches nor the Receipts Processing window.
I am getting this error message:
An error has occurred with the following details:
Status 12 (File Not Found)
File 41 (Normal Batches - accbtn(batch no.) 000(user)
Opcode 0 (Open)
Is there a way I can resolve this and recover the batches?
