Hi. I'm buying a property and the wiring is shot/finished/no good. Not a problem as I plan to renovate and rewire the whole place but for the purpose of transfer I intend to disconnect all existing circuits (whole supply to current DB) and install a temp board for the purpose of providing power during the renovation.
Are the banks likely to have a problem with a CoC which just has pretty much one socket circuit with a socket? As long as I detail everything else is disconnected and the CoC just covers the temp board all should be fine. Right? (I'm sure the home owner will just reconnect the sub main once I'm gone but they signed to say it's disconnected so it's on them.....)
