    Employee Bursaries

    Hi,
I have a staff member earning under R600 000 per annum and I would like to apply a bursary to two of the staff members children so as to assist as a tax benefit to the staff member.
Where do I start and how do I go about this?
Is it a definite, legal means of a tax deduction?
    Have I missed a criteria?

If you are referring to children of employees, then there are additional requirements and caps. The ones I know are
Tertiary education R60,000 per year cap
    Scholarships R20,000 per year cap

Sorry but I am unsure if there are further issues.
