Hi All,

I need your assistance regarding bridge peices inside a domestic DB.

An electrician who wired my house used a 4mm wire on top of the circuit breakers (bridges).
He also doubled the same wire (4mm) to supply the first circuit breaker on top, then doubled a neutral to supply a neautral bar.
He told me that, we actually need 6mm to bridge inside the DB. I am confused now. What is the correct wire size to be used inside a DB.
I want the wiring to be right before another electrician comes for inspection because the current one said he is still busy with his wiremans licence. Eskom need a COC before they can supply my house.

Another issue is that, a day-night switch was wired through switches. He said, in case a sensor fails, we can control the lights on the switches until we replace the sensor.

Your assistance is highly appreciated.

Regards,

Ishmael
