    BARGAINING COUNCIL REGISTRATION

Hi, my name is Andiswa I own a Hair salon. Few weeks ago I was visited by a bargaining council agent and he informed that i must register with the Hairdressing bargaining council. I told him I don't have any employees. He said I have to register even if I have no employee as long as I am providing the services that fall under the Hairdressing Industry. Can someone advise if what he is saying is true and if so what I am going to benefit
