Hi All, I hope someone with a bit of legal expertise can help.

when a member of a CC dies and his heir is to be paid out the value of his membership percentage, is the value of the interest calculated at the date of his death or at the current value of the company. IE: a 25% member died in 2015 and the spouse has been dragging the issue until present day and now wants the value of his interest at today's value of the company. I have also noted that the 25% was never transfered to the executor or other natural person and as such we have had difficulty trading in that we have not been able to sign new contracts with a deceased member on the CC.
