I am trying, in vain, to set up my iPhone X to divert all my incoming calls to Vodacom voicemail (I am going overseas tomorrow).

My number is 0824567881 and I have dialled **21*0821314567881# but I get the message "Error performing request Network Failure".

What am I doing wrong?
