Hi there

The exponential increase in travel requirements from my company has me looking for another job.
As an above threshold employee, all required overtime has been 'booked' with a project administrator with the idea that we can claim time off, in lieu of the overtime, at a later stage (ie. bill the project whilst taking the day off, instead of logging more than 8 hours a day).

My question is:

Is there a precedent regarding accrued time off in lieu of overtime, once someone tenders their resignation?

Considering the overtime is collated by a project administrator and not through the payroll and leave systems, is it possible that I will simply lose these hours without recourse as I know you can't take time off during your notice period?

Any insights would be appreciated

Thanks
