What is the meaning of the all white, white and green and all green handles on mcb's?

Usually (not always) white lever indicates it's a circuit breaker that has overload protection and green indicates it's an isolator without overload. It's often misleading because it might say '60A' on a circuit breaker with a green lever but this doesn't mean it will trip at 60A or offer any form of overload protection, it just means it's capable of isolating or switching a load up to 60 Amps when the lever is operated manually.
