    Sage Xpress Startup v17

    Hi there everyone, i'm new to this forum, i'm needing help with xpress startup, i've changed the decimal options more than twice, now it's not allowing me to change it anymore

    The system will allow you to increase the number of decimal places but, if you have subsequent transaction activity, you cannot decrease the number of decimal places.

    thanks for replying neville, so i have to post open batches before i can change decimal again ?

    No, it is not possible to decrease the number of decimal places once you have processed transactions.

    thanks, isn't there a way by editing the sql database, we've called pastel, they said a consultant must come out and do it

    Yes, I could edit the database, but there is a possibility of rounding differences developing as a result.
