    Invest in Gauteng

I think investing in Limpopo is a bit low

The value of properties is very low in Limpopo and should you buy, you will find it difficult to sell,

A good investment should be in Gauteng, Pretoria etc or you can visit to

Your post doesn't make 100% sense.

Have you already found a property or are you still looking for a property?

And what do you want to do with your property? Limpopo might be good for agricultural investments but possibly not for residential investments, for example. If you know what you want to do with your property, it will be easier to find a bargain.

I suspect that the price of property in Cape Town is going to collapse once the city runs out of water.

This is how we bought a property of property24 and the costs associated with it. (Wanted to go through the process, so made a thread about it.)

Indeed , i realize that the properties on sale remains available for a very long time .

I was thinking about doing some short-term rentals or even running a lodge with a property .

But , obviously this is a risky project .
