    Pastel payroll

    I did not know that you could not go back and run the EMP501 once you had rolled over the period in pastel payroll.. Has any one got any suggestions on how to change it soon that I can generate certificates in easyfile.
    Or any other surgestions

    Hi Anne, you have to be in September period to generate the csv file for 201708 submission. The system forced you to make a backup before roll over to September, so you can just restore that backup and re-run the pay period update to September and then create the csv file. You can save the current backup as well, so that you can just restore it once you have created the csv file.

    I am new to the company so I am not sure if backs were done. If I can not restore as you suggest, would i be able to run it now - load the certificates into easy file. Then just go onto easy file and manually edit the amounts
