    Staff Meals - Pastel

    Good day,
I do bookkeeping for a tea garden that operates 6 days a week. Staff are entitled to free meals while on duty. The owner has requested me to account for all the meals / drinks consumed. They supply me with written slips on which the cost has been recorded. How do I process (allocate) the staff meals on Pastel V17. I suppose I will have to use journals against a ledger account (Staff Meal), but with which account do I contra these allocations to?
    Thank you!

I am not sure if tehy have a POS.
It is recommended to ring it through the till and put into sales
    Then expense the entire amount.
This keeps food cost and stock accurate
