    Share Register Template

    Good Morning All

I would really appreciate if anyone can assist with a share register template?

I have scoured the internet and google for a template but to date could only find share certificate templates.

This would really be greatly appreciated!

Do you want to log the shares of shareholders like a normal share register?

I am afraid you will need to haggle that one out in Excel, it's one of those many ways to eat a donut thing.

I will ask our finance dept if they have a suggestion, if they do I will post it here, but as far as I recall they also do it in excel and the layout/format has changed many times over the years.

    Hi Jacques,

Did you ever manage with a share register template? Any chance of sharing it if you did?

I just paid R1000.00 for 2 share certificates online, which literally looks exactly like the ones I created myself, apart from the design and colors I could've bought a new set of overalls for one of my guys with that money instead...

I've done my research and I'm about 90% sure I have all the info that needs to be contained in the register, but I need a basic framework of what these registers usually look like, or are supposed to look like. I have a feeling I can save myself another grand by creating a simple excel sheet myself.

To comply with the Companies Act, you would need to do a little more:
    1 Authorized share capital
    2 Register of allotments
    3 Register of transfers
4 Register of members share accounts
5 Share certificates (which should be kept by the shareholders)
Ola, I'd say they saw you coming

  8. Thanks given for this post:
