I was hoping that someone has some experience with the following:

We did the EMP501 bi-annual submission for one of our companies but as all the employees moved over to another company from the 1st September 2016, with all the company changes and rebranding, we forgot to submit the annual return and now these employees have an ITR12 reflecting information for only one IRP5 instead of two. We have now submitted the EMP501 now and the certificates indicate as submitted but nothing is reflected on the ITR12.

My questions are:
1. Will the info submitted pull through to SARS at some point, and if so, more or less how long will it take?
2. Do these employees need to capture their IRP5's manually?
3. How do we fix this?
