    Electric fence COC

I recently purchased a house with an electric fence. A COC was issued but when the fence was tested after moving in we discovered it doesn't work. The internet is full of advise regarding obtaining a COC but no advise on how I proceed with a claim if the fence is not working but a COC was issued.

Can anyone help with advise on how I proceed, who I contact etc.

    Thanx

I used to be in the electric fencing business. The COC issued shows that it was installed correctly. It does not mean that it will never give problems. A wire might have come out of a bobbin, a tree might have blown against it etc etc. There are many causes for a fence to not work. Your best bet is to get hold of the company that did the COC to check the fence and see what is causing it to not work.
