Unhappy Loading Pastel 14 on new laptop

    Hi there,

I had to purchase a new laptop and currently in the process of loading/transferring everything from old laptop to new laptop.

I've logged into my customer Zone on Pastel online, downloaded Pastel 14.2.1 and pervasive 9. Everything went perfectly smooth until I tried to open pastel and got the following error message "error loading registration object". I've tried to installing Payroll too to see if it might help, but Payroll too won't open at all.

Due to the LONG weekend, Pastel is not open to assist. Wasted a whole weekend to get this to work and have tons of work to do.

Has anyone had this error message before? or should I just be patient and give support a call tomorrow?

Sounds like it is a Pervasive issue. You probably have to get the registration number for Pervasive from Sage Pastel.
