Pastel Partner - incorrect page size or paper style - help

Hi

Please can you help me? I used to be able to print fine and then now all of a sudden when I try to print an invoice or statement is says incorrect page size or paper style. I have gone into file - printer/font setup and the option ticked is "get paper directly from printer" and plain, single sheet. I have also gone into Setup - auto setup and it is also on the "plain single sheet". Maybe somewhere I have st select A4 size paper but I don't have a clue where to.

Hi Justine,

You are on the right track.

Pastel uses A4 paper size, but it is likely that your printer driver is set to Letter paper size.

Open your printer driver in the Windows Control Panel, and right-click Printer Properties, and look for all references to the paper size and change to A4 where necessary. Depending on your particular printer driver, you might have to check under 3 tabs, i.e. General, Advanced and Device Settings.

Then go into Pastel and re-select the printer under File...Printer/Fonts Setup, in order to refresh the settings in Pastel.
