Trademark registration

I would like to trademark my business name.
e.g.
KENTUCKY FRIED CHICKEN ( KFC).
just my name . obviously . Is there anybody that could shed some light . Thanks in advance.

A trademark will not only be the name, but colours, shapes etc.
You use CIPC, same as patent office

Hi Owen,

Did you end up proceeding with the process of trademarking your business name? Did you use your name or your logo and did you do it yourself via CIPC or did you make use of trademark attorneys?
