    HV circuit breaker test equipment to hire

    Test equipment for HV circuit breakers is highly specialised and I doubt you'll find a rental outlet in Cape Town, you're talking about test equipment that would cost in the region of a million Rands or maybe more. You're more likely to find a company that offers testing as a turnkey service.

    sorry i could not resist - I deleted - wind up humour was way to dry. :-)

    But on a more serious note LEBO Winders and KALTRON Engineering in the FS do those tests (Injection, relay, etc on OCB, Vacuum) They are on google. I have forwarded your email to them.

    I did smile when I read it but then I couldn't help wondering if you were being serious when you quoted the name and model number of the tester... I get jealous and envious when people own testers that I don't have so I'm glad you were joking
