    Problem with Trade debtors

    Good evening,

    Could someone please assist.

My trade debtors/accounts receivable and customer age analysis report for September have different figures.

I have had a look and the difference occurred in August 2016. My balance sheet trade debtors amount due is 2,854,653.27 and my customer age analysis amount due is 2,820,582.09.

Everything seems in order in my sales ledger, credit notes & journals?

Where do I start looking for the difference of 34,071.18 in pastel

    Many Thanks
    Citygirl

Run a Data Integrity report to confirm whether or not there is data corruption - go to File...Data Integrity to run the report.

If the report indicates there is no corruption, then check your settings when running the age analysis - you might have inadvertently filtered out certain balances. Check that you have selected the entire range of customer codes, that you have selected all customer categories (including None), and that you have selected both debit and credit balances.
