Is the geyser only solar or is it a solar/electrical hybrid?
Are you needing to issue an electrical CoC for the geyser or a water/plumbing CoC?

This is a High Pressure Solar geyser with Back up Element..
The Problem with this Client he be leave that there is n Solar Geyser COC only on the Solar Inst...
The existing Normal geyser was Removed and Replaced with a Heat Tech 200L Solar Geyser..
Please Advice

I only know about the electrical side of things, if you've altered the electrical installation in any way you'd be required to issue an electrical CoC for the installation.

So, please clarify: If i installed a solar geyser manifold, with 12V circulation pump + 10W solar panel, that circulates water into an existing geyser, I don't need a COC at all?
If Solar got involved you will need COC. Solar is an alternative energy source and con not be switched off if the system overheats as a thermostat will do in a conventional system. This means a competent person must design and certify that the system comply.
no solar might have Electrical backup
I don't have any more knowledge on the subject but I think your answer is yes, no, maybe... the issues similar to yours were discussed here and there was no definate consensus or answer I'm afraid, the arguments for and against both had merit. http://www.theforumsa.co.za/forums/s...ehole-Pump-COC

AndyD, I have looked at that post, a couple of times, and can see how a COC could be applicable, due to the high voltages involved. But with a solar geyser retrofit, the ONLY electricity involved is the 12V circulation pump. And then the geyser timer - if / where needed, but not always present.
