Find out where their Head Offices are, call the buyers and arrange a meeting.Although it can be good supplying big chains,it sometimes is more profitable using a different route to market.

Be very careful. Large chain stores suck you up and spit you out.

Have you got your product in any stores?

as adrianh said, the large chain stores could be a downfall as the contracts they have could put you in the red very quickly with no way out. if you are lucky they may come to you in the long term, but i would recommend hitting up all the online stores, Loot, OLX, Gumtree, Takealot, Bidorbuy etc. Start small aim big, if you can get volume sales going(not sure on your pricing model) then going it yourself so to speak can be a good idea.

    All the bes
