    Pastel error: internal precision variance

    Good morning

I did a batch import (csv file) for my cashbook payments. It gets loaded successfully but when I try to update the batch, it gives me the following error message:

"Pastel has detected an internal precision variance. Please reload the batch and update again. In this persists, please contact the help desk."

    I have tried the following:
    - export the batch en re-import it; it gives me the same error message again
    - I cannot see any amount with more than 2 decimals, there is about 150 lines to import.

I hope there is someone that can assist; I am spending too much time on this now.

    Thanks
    Louise

    Hi Louise,

Can you send me a copy of the CSV file?

    I have the damndest thing.

I get Int.Ref.Error when I update Debtors Sales Journal.

I cannot export batch to check batch decimals. I have changed regional settings to agree to Pastel. I have entered contra as sales.

I dont know what else to do.

I went into Control panel / Change time and number formats / changed negative display from () to - and it fixed the error.

    Sorted.
