    Petty Cash Cashbook

    Hi All,

I was wondering please if someone could assist:

I have recently created a petty-cash cashbook (which amounts to about R45 000 per month for the particular client that I'm working with). I would like to know if I should bring the balance back to "zero" every month - and if so, how to do that.... or if I should leave it each month till the end of the year.

    Thanks!

    Caron

    Hi,

No I didn't. But in the end my boss told me to treat it like a regular cash book recon and I did bring it back to zero.
