Tax implications of offering rent to own vehicles

I need assistance in the tax implications of offering vehicles on a rent to own basis to clients. It is for a car rental company, vat was claimed on the initial purchase price of the vehicle. The client pays a monthly installment which vat will be payable on. What will happen at the end of the transaction when the term is finished? Will there be vat payable when vehicle is transferred to to the client?

Not if ownership is transferred at no additional cost.
