    Two Different Balances

Good morning. I am using Pastel Version 11. I just want to know what could the possible reason be for a customers statement and the customers owing balance on the age analysis to be two different amounts ?

It sounds as though there is some data corruption in the Open Item data table, which is where the customer statement pulls its information from.

If you run a Data Integrity report, it will probably highlight the customer accounts that have Open Item corruption.

I can assist you with fixing the problem - drop me an email if you would like me to assist.
