Help required with importing into Pastel Express 14

Please help..
I'm struggling to import inventory Items into pastel.
During the process I receive a runtime error "70" permission denied
Can anybody assist with this?

Not sure if it'll help but it's what I'd check first, make sure you running Pastell as administrator.
