    Business Accommodation/Bed & Breakfast ?

Does anyone know of any business men/woman that comes to Cape Town on a regular basis and has a need for accommodation. I am looking for a company that sends a staff member or their staff down and would need an apartment. The apartment is in Blouberg. It is self-catering but breakfast can easily be arranged.

I have one gentleman that has taken this apartment for one week every two months. I am looking for anyone else or company that may be interested.

Why not list the accommodation on Airbnb?

Yes I have done half the process BD , but Im actually trying to form a relationship with someone I can trust. I use the apartment for when I am here on business so am not desperate to rent out. Just would be nice to have a regular person who also likes it and perhaps comes down here every month or so.

You can achieve this through Airbnb, candidates are already peer reviewed, just the same way as someone who recommends a rental candidate through an online forum would do.

Regarding having a regular person come down every month or so, I know Airbnb users that experience this exact thing and when they are not available they allow other short term renters to use the apartment.

So when you say you've done half the process do you mean you've already started the process of setting up an Airbnb profile?

I'm curious because I'm exploring the same thing as you with a rental property of mind.

Yes I did it a few weeks ago - i don't think its activated yet and not quite sure of next step - I need to put some time into it if you say that it is a good way to go
