    Pastel training

    Hi all,

I would appreciate some guidance from the Pastel Jedi Knights please

I resigned earlier in the year to start a small business from home. To supplement my income, I have decided to attend a Pastel course. I do not have a bookkeeping background but understand the principles.

Is this doable or would you need a some bookkeeping background (I do have an accountant who I would be working with)

    Thanks

    Marilise

Hi Maralise. It depends which course you are going on. If it is the basic course, then they deal with setting up Pastel, Creating a company, Customer and Supplier Masterfiles Customer and Supplier Processing, Tax ... etc

It helps to have some bookkeeping knowledge, but it is very do-able, and very helpful.
