    Hi Neville,

I have the same problem as Greg.

When sending invoices, statements, etc. from Pastel v.18 through Outlook 365 (Latest version).

I can process and print any Control documents from Pastel v.18 but as soon as I select the email option it freezes to the end where I have to "End Task" the program.

    Any advise on this matter??

I would really appreciate any tips.

    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Jarine

    Hi Jarine

There are many possible factors that could be causing your issues. Check in Control Panel - Add remove programs. Do you have "Office click to run extensibility components" showing there? Did you get office 365 pre-installed on your machine and then just added your account, or was it a full download / installation from media? Try emailing a document with your outlook closed, then open outlook and check if it is in your outbox/sent items. Are you an administrator on the local machine? Have you tried turning User Account Control off, rebooting, and then seeing if you can email from Pastel?

    Thank you Neville.
I have uninstalled MS office as I had a 32bit version of MS Project that i installed first and suspect that caused the 2019 Office suite to install the 32 bit version.
I can do without project, not office and Pastel so i will sort that out later.
Once installed, i will follow up with how it goes

    Many thanks once again
    Darren
