Hi there - just joined the Forum and am in urgent need of assistance... as a new user of Pastel, have tried to import csv statements into Pastel Xpress Bank Manager, and initially, the format was incorrect (too many columns, incorrect date format, etc) and I got the following error message: "Input string was not in a correct format".

I since learned the error of my ways, and have not attempted to correct what I have done - but now, when I go to Process/Cash Book and then click the "Pastel Bank Manager" button, the error message pops up and I cannot proceed. I have called Sage, but we could not get the Webex to work so that they could take a look at my machine - can anyone provide some urgent guidance? VAT deadline approaches.
