Hi all


I am trying to start a new company on Pastel Xpress, but every time i start typing the name of the company, a pop-up comes up that says "You may not open a new company in an existing Pastel company". None of the other companies that i have on my Pastel is open at this time.

I've tried the following:
- Re-registering the package
- removing ALL the other companies from the package
- started and re-started the PC and the Pastel software (a few times)


I have an unlimited number of companies available on the package and i am the only user. the software is also only registered on 1 pc as the only workstation.

Please help!!!
