    IRP 5 edit and reissue

    Hi Everyone

I have just realised that I have made a mistake on my IRP5's for the year 201502. I completed field 3697 and 3698 with the amount of the salary. I realise now that it should have only been 3698. Now how can I cancel those IRP5's and reissue??

Please help me as I am quite anxious about this.

Hi StephanieB - did you submit to SARS using E@syfile?

    Hi StephanieB

On efiling- if you open up your old return you can request a correction. If you did it on easyfile I know it's under utilities- think it says "request re-submission" or something like that. Let me know how you submitted and will send you a step by step

does anyone know how to generate the August submission certificates in Pastel Payroll? I can't seem to generate PDF certificates - is electronic the only option?

Just a question: why would you want to generate these? You only issue the final ones (end-Feb) to employees- this may be the reason payroll doesn't have the option....

    Hi Jane,

Reason being was that I couldnt get E@asyfile to work and wanted to enter in the certificates manually.

I've now managed to get E@syfile working (many hours of hassles) so not an issue now thanks.

Glad to hear TravisZA! Also had constant trouble trying to download those damn updates... thank goodness I only have to use that programme twice a year!

Absolutely. Twice a year is too much.

I stumbled onto this website called handshake.co.za or something to that effect where some amazing person has taken it upon themselves to offer support on Easyfile to the general public.

Apparently someone at the SARS contact centre even directed a friend of mine there
