I am busy sourcing quotes for my building project which took three years to approve. I am undecided whether to fo with an informal builder or with a proper one.
So I am researching building contracts. Looks like most use JBCC, but they only sell it. But I just want to have a read through to learn something. Does anybody have a copy here? I already have sections 3.0-22.8, but the rest is missing.
And if anybody else has a similar or even better building contract suggestion/template I am all ears too.
