For the last couple of years the Annual BCEA Threshold has been increased every July. Is this an annual increase and does anyone know what the new threshold for July 2015 will be.

I think you have crossed wires somewhere; the BCEA has application to all employees and employers, except SANDF, Spooks and essential service workers. There is no threshold in any sense. It has been with us since 1997, without major amendment.
I think you are referring to an earnings threshhold.
This is the annual salary at which a managerial employee is not entitked to certain of the BCEA rights, eg overtime, public holidays and such

Anthony, yes you are correct I am referring to the Earnings threshold.
Clive, please take note the BCEA refer to an Earnings threshold (currently R205,433.30 per annum). The BCEA allow for certain entitlement and conditions of employment to be "different" above this threshold. For example working hours and payment for overtime.
Please go and "google" : BCEA Earnings Threshold. You will find many references to this.
Below a quote indicating that there was no change on 1 July 2015.
"The earnings threshold published in terms of the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) is currently R205,433.30 per annum.
Employees who earn below this threshold amount are entitled to the protection of the working hour provisions of the BCEA. The
amendments to the Labour Relations Act, which took effect on 1 January 2015, extend protection to employees engaged in atypical
forms of employment (namely employees employed in terms of fixed term or part time contracts of employment and
employees provided to clients by labour brokers) who earn below the earnings threshold.
Over the past couple of years, the earnings threshold was increased every year on 1 July. We have been informed by the
Department of Labour that, because of the far-reaching impact of the threshold on a-typical forms of employment, a decision was
taken that there will not be an increase in the earnings threshold this year on 1 July, and that the status quo will accordingly remain.
The earnings threshold will therefore remain at R205,433.30 per annum for the time being."
