    Pastel Sales Journal

    Good Morning,

Seeing as everyone on here is so quick to respond and ALWAYS have the right answers for me I wont even bother with Google :-)

How can I print a monthly Sales journal which includes Credit notes?

Go to View...Customers...Analyse Sales...Sales Journal and make sure that you do not tick the option "Invoices Only".

Hi Neville - I get a Sales Journal this way, but my Credit notes still do not appear (eventhough I have done credit notes and the batch has been updated)

You sure that you didn't tick the option "Invoices Only"?

Otherwise, is your date range and document number range correct? It's best to define the date range only and then leave the document range as "blank" to "XXXXX".
