How to expand my property portfolio

So everything going well with my property business, we have 6 properties, fully rented and cashflow coming in every month, we established the business last year Oct so still.

So I'm in a good position to start stacking cash and expanding the portfolio.

My only issue is the banks are telling me I need to be in business for 3 years before they can approve a homeloan to buy more rental properties and add to the portfolio.

Any ideas on how to expand?

not sure, but it might depend on in which entity you buy.
