Question Custom Form - Sage Pastel

I am trying to edit one minor thing on the Invoice template (csdocsp.eng) I have made my changes and saved it as csdocsp.enz (because it doesn't allow me to save as .eng) I have tried saving under forms, under company folder, under new forms, old forms and still when I print it prints on the old template.... What am I doing wrong????

Strange - I have just helped someone else with the exact same question! So I will simply copy and paste my reply to him, which sorted out his problem.

If I assume that your documents are being printed on plain, single paper, then the default document file name will be csdocsp.enz. You also need to check that, under File...Printer/Fonts Setup, that the relevant documents have their Paper Style set to single, plain paper, otherwise the system will ignore your enz files and look for the eng files that correspond to the Paper Style defined in Printer/Fonts Setup, e.g. csdoccr.eng.

If you are sure that the above scenario is set up correctly, let me know and we can set up a TeamViewer session so that I can look at the setup first-hand.

OK, then you have been editing the incorrect form file. The file named csdocsp is for plain single sheet paper (the "sp" and the end of the name stands for "single plain").

You need to edit the file named csdoccp (the "cp" stands for "continuous plain").
