Hi,
My statement prints the full outstanding customer balance in 120+ days. How do I get this to print in the correct columns (i.e. current/30 days/60 days)?
Thanks
Anna

Is this a new problem, or is it the first time that you are printing statements?

It's the first time I'm printing statements. I have customised the statement template, but cannot find anything in my customer control / account settings that can cause this...?
Hi ADT44 - firstly check that your setup is correct.
The default setup for all new customers is found in "Setup - Customers - " go to the "Default" tab at the top and check that your settings are for Monthly at 30 days.
If this is incorrect and you have added customers, they will all have this default. They will now have to be changed individually as you can overide a particular customers settings by going to "Edit Customers" and chosing the "Terms" template. You can set your prefered terms there.
If those are all correct then do a printout of your Age Analysis (View - Customers - Monthly/Periodic / Age Analysis)
Ensure that your "Print this year" is checked
Period for monthly customers is for the correct month
Print "from first aging onwards"
Does that reflect correctly?

Thank you very much Mike - I think something was wrong with the period I selected. It prints fine now.
