mmmm well that would be a different debate. But basically there are companies out there that gather information and then sell it onto to other businesses be it for marketing etc etc. So there it really is very vague who or what is a third party. But yes thanks for the affirmation that there are many ways to find things out and most of them are all within the law. A very small e.g. is if you want to check a persons criminal record out - there is no track on their record that you have done it, whereas with ITC you always leave a trail if you go thro Trans union for example.
