One item everyone forgets about is the hazardous environment of batteries, even the gel or Lithium.
What happens if there is a short on the battery cables to the circuit breaker?
What happens if the charger fails and over charges the battery, and the battery starts cooking and explodes?

OK Lithium is supposed to have an internal circuit to disconnect the cable in case of a short, but if the body is pierced by a nail, then this is a problem, the protection will not help.

Just some points to consider when some thing goes wrong out of the system control.

That's why you fit the battery into an enclosure.

    A fuse for protection

    A smart charger.

Thermal cut wouldn't be a bad option.

Ambient temperature in summer might be a reason not to locate batteries in the ceiling space but If you want to install them there just do a full risk assessment and manage the risks accordingly.
