    Fair value adj for rental propery invested by a cc

    Please advise how do you computate the fair value adj for an investment property(rental property) of a cc and is there any deferred tax. thanks

    The adjustment is the difference between cost price and a value determined by a sworn valuator.

    The deferred tax is based on the tax value, which is the cost price less any allowances claimed.
