we currently use Excel for complex quotes. The final quote only shows summed up positions as we do not want to share our knowledge in detail while we are quoting only. We are using pastel for later invoicing, so it would make sense to use pastel for quoting already as prices, items etc. would all come out of the system. Nevertheless how do I reduce a detailed quote to summed up lines which can be send to the customer then. Later I want the saved detailed quote to be linked to an invoice?
