this saga of a badly described light fitting & its subsequent return after many mails & calls has been going on now for a few months. Now the refund which is suppose to take 5-7 days is long,long overdue. this is my mail to them this evening:

"This now bothers on ridicule. On my last call to the customers service department i was told that my credit was due to be credited to my credit card account. This has not happened.

Please let me know the fate of my hard earned missing funds ASAP

Am not sure if this will have any effect. I'm never ever going to buy anything from Kalahari for a long time.
