    Newsletter format

Can anyone please recommend a good newsletter format that you can design a newsletter on with pics etc to use that you would then send via e mail to our clients. It must be in the e mail, not as an attachment.

I would recommend using Mail Chimp, it's free and is easy to use with built in templates for things like newsletters.

    Here are some examples

I tried chimp - its not really what Im looking for - it is more for bulk sending. I am just looking for a simple newsletter template that I can copy paste onto an e mail page and send to our girls to forward to their individual clients. Can anyone help with any suggestions ?

Are you looking to create an newsletter in PDF or Word format and attach it to the email or do you want to have the newsletter built into the message body of the email?

What email client are you using, Outlook I assume? What version?

MS Outlook normally has built in templates for this sort of thing

You're asking for the holy grail.
Email newsletters are not easy. You can't just copy and paste. There are a lot of details that need to be taken care of (width, layout, image source and more) and you can't convey that information through copy and paste.
If newsletter templates were that easy you wouldn't have MailChimp, Campaign Monitor and others making money off them.
MailChimp is geared for all sizes, from tiny to massive. It also offers an unsubscribe option that is required by law in most countries. The newsletter is in the body, the templates make creating one easy. I fail to see why you can't use that.

From how I understand - the newsletter is sent from Mail Chimp directly, which is not what I want.
