Select the Remarks line option (option 7) for free-form comments.

Yes, after selecting option 7, press the tab key. You will then be presented with a free-form text box in which you can type as much as you like. Once you have finished typing in your remarks, press the tab key again and then press Save.

I have done this and get the free format box
the problem is I can only type 1 line at a time and the typing does not scroll onto the next line so this is problematic

Sorry, my steps were not completely correct. Here they are again:
    • Select option 7 (Remarks)
    • Press F5 function key, or click on the Zoom icon
    • Press the Tab key - you should see a large text box appear
    • Type in your remarks
    • Press the tab key again
    • Press the Select button

    Hi Neville
    Sorry to bother again
The free format works perfectly except when it prints on the face of the invcoice the column is quite narrow.
I have tried to widen this by expanding the blue dots around the data field on the forms designer but this has not helped
Is there a way to widen the Description column on the face of the invoice

    Thank you

Be careful when you adjust the width of the description column on Forms Designer, as you can mess up the entire layout of the printed invoice if you inadvertently overlap the description column with either of the columns on the left and right.

Where did you save the edited form file and what is the name of the form file that you edited? If you are printing on plain A4 single-sheet paper, then you need to edit the file named csdocsp.enz and save it into your company folder.

In any case, adjusting the column width in Forms Designer will only adjust the width of the printed invoice, not the width of the processing window.
